Electronics of the kind used in warehouse control hardware

DC Velocity’s Modex report says GreyOrange launched GreyMatter Foundry, an AI simulator that puts warehouse flow design, technology sizing, and layout planning in one model. The stated use is to predict system performance, estimate build-out cost, and see how the pieces orchestrate before capital is spent.

GreyOrange says the tool is aimed at buildings that already mix robots from more than one vendor, other automation, and people. A simulation can size the fleet. It does not tell the night-shift technician which photoeye or which divert stopped the lane. That call still happens at the machine.
